| Basic structure
Tank body:
Material of carbon steel Q235B, tank body thickness 5mm;End thickness of 6mm. Oval or round shape tank body. Two compartments with two manholes 500mm in dimension. Two sets of ball valves. Two sets of discharge valves
Chassis:
Main beam height of 500mm, material of high tensile steel Q345B, welded by automatic submerged-arc processes;Constructed of original main beams electrically welded with corresponding extra strong cross members, material of Q345B. Running system: 3 sets of 13T brand new axles. Mechanical steel tri-axle suspension system installed on the trailer. Tire size 12R22.5, 12 pcs per trailer. Wheel rim sized 9.00*22.5, 12 pcs per trailer. Dual line air brake system with T30/30 type double brake chambers on each axle. 12V Electrical wiring & Lighting systems, LED lights, including side, rear, turning. Others: One set of standard tools in toolbox. Valves designed in valve box. Two sets of fire extinguishers. One piece of discharge pipe enclosed with the tank. |
